XtremeHomes is looking for take charge individuals that can think out of the box, interface with multiple trade and work on multiple tasks without loosing focus in a fast-paced production environment.
As we are a Total Quality Management (TQM) focused company, every trades position is required to focus on quality focus in their area of focus.
Applicants should be able to read electrical plans as well the ability to a read tape measure. Duties include rough electrical such a running wire, installing panels and electrical boxes. Knowledge of low-voltage e.g. 12v, HVAC, Coax, CAT 5/6, speaker wire, alarm systems is also a plus. Finish electrical includes installation and final wiring of electrical boxes, switches, receptacles, jacks, lights, low voltage, appliances, etc.
Experience with Home Automation Systems installation is a plus.
