XtremeHomes™ is looking for a Construction Estimator with the desire to grow with an organization that is leading the way in Green Building.

CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR

XtremeHomes is looking for a take charge individual that can think out of the box; interface with multiple disciplines including suppliers, general contractors, subcontractors and internal project managers.  The ability to work on multiple projects in various phases simultaneously is a requirement in this position.  As a construction estimator, you will primarily be specializing in residential with some focus in educational, commercial and multi-family projects.

Qualification Needed:

• Four years + experience setting project budgets and estimating.
• A four year degree in Construction Management is a plus.
• Must have strong take-off and estimating abilities in wood and steel structures.
• Must be proficient in the use of software programs such as On-Screen Takeoff, MC2, Timberline or other take-off and estimating systems.
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word and be able to modify existing formats.
• Experience in estimating schools, commercial and multi-family projects is definitely a plus.
